Description 
We are looking for an experienced printer/photocopier engineer located in or around the Midlands/Nottinghamshire/Leicestershire area.
The successful applicant will have at least three years’ experience servicing desktop printers and fax machines.  Large format/plotter, photocopier, network and connectivity experience is advantageous but by no means essential as training opportunities exist. 

A full UK driving licence is required. 

An excellent package is available for the suitable candidate.

Status
Full-time, permanent.

Salary 

A company vehicle, mobile phone and laptop are provided in addition to a competitive salary based on experience.

Parts Controller

We are looking for a Parts Controller to support our UK-wide office equipment repairs company based at our HQ in Havant, Bristol.

Your role will involve working closely with the sales and engineering team to ensure that our customers receive the parts they require for their office equipment; as quickly as possible and at the lowest available price. This fast paced and important role will also include:

- Confirming part codes and contacting suppliers to obtain the best purchase prices
- Quoting customers prices, so a good telephone manner is essential
- Maintaining current stock levels & arranging car stock levels
- The dispatching of spare parts and tracking deliveries
- Some administration such as generating spare part purchase orders to suppliers

Previous technical experience in printer or photocopier repairs, spare parts or service control is essential.

You must be computer literate and comfortable using Outlook, MS Word and Excel (to a basic level) on a daily basis. Experience of using CBS Commonsense software would be an advantage, but is not crucial.

Status: Full-time, permanent.

Salary: Will be discussed at interview stage.
